– An application for registration of changes in land and land-attached assets, made according to Form No. 09/DK;
– The original of the issued Certificate;
– Copy of documents proving the change of address (copy of household registration book).

Step 1: Submit your application
Pursuant to Article 60 of Decree 43/2014/ND-CP, the place of filing for households and individuals is as follows:
Option 1: Submit application at commune-level People's Committee if needed
Method 2: Do not submit the application at the Commune People's Committee
– Households and individuals submit dossiers at the district-level land registration office branch; Where there is no land registration office, the application shall be submitted at the land use right registration office.
- The locality that has organized a one-stop shop to receive and return the results of administrative procedures shall submit them to the one-stop shop according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee.

Time limit for change of address on red book
The time limit for implementation shall be prescribed by the People's Committee of the province but not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of a valid dossier; no more than 20 days for communes in mountainous, island, deep-lying and remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, the time limit shall not exceed 20 days. including public holidays and days off as prescribed by law.
